The environment is always good I feel very focused and ready to go evertime I'm in a class and I leave ready to Start the rest of my days with ease and with plenty of energy too
Classes are fun, enjoyable and feel like a safe space every time I join

My experience at Pure Gym Acton is always good, it has all that I need to allow me to have a good workout, whether on my own or in a class.

I always feel motivated to do more, when I'm there, as I feel it helps me to be in an environment where everyone is focusing on similar things, their fitness.

A few of the workers are also very helpful and friendly, when you need help and each time I go, I always look forward in coming back ASAP.

It has become a place for me to really take some time for MYSELF and my overall well-being

I always feel at ease when using the Gym I go to, the atmosphere for me is comfortable enough for me to do what I came to do with no distraction, the classes I attended are a big factor to my gym experience , that I really enjoy doing at the moment.
Being at the gym motivate me alot to focus on myself more and I leave feeling better within myself and my days ahead

The atmosphere of the gym is easy going, the class I do currently fits my needs, I always leave feeling different from when I came in and it allows me to have ME time too

As its my first time ever joining a gym, I was overthinking abit, but once I was there and spoke to the staff, I found myself alot more relax, they were all so willing to advice me on how to really get the most of my time here in the gym,and show me different ways it can work for me, I like the fact that I could work at my own pace, as well as asking for help if I needed it.

Great delivery service for my Saturday coming in the morning was so much easier, as I have a busy day ahead and it didn't stop me from getting on with my day .
Delivery driver was very polite on arrival also.

Unfortunately I had to leave urgently and so as you can imagine I panic a little, I left a message for them at my door to leave it with my neighbour as a request, and it was seen and dealt with better then I expected as I also got a written confirmation and picture sent to my from shortly afterwards, which put my mind at rest.

I'm very pleased with the communication I received about my delivery and also the time frame I will receive it in.
I also received a email when there on there way and the time frame I should receive my delivery.
The delivery drivers are very polite and friendly on arrival.

The repair was for my drainage issue. The contractor came on the Tuesday, but it needed a follow-up, which happened very quickly on the Friday of the same week which was a surprise.
The contractor were able to identify the problem and dealt with it very quickly.

He gave me some useful advice for future reference, which was helpful to know.

I wish other repairs could have the same promptness that this one had as it would make you feel more like a priority.
I'm awaiting another job to be done, I hope an appointment will come up soon

I was very happy with the engineer who came to repair and service my boiler, he went the extra mile to ensure that it was clean and the pressure on my boiler was also correctly checked, so during the winter time, I will be warm throughout, I was very grateful and happy, I wish other engineers had the same qualities when carrying out a repair, as it shows they really care for the safety and wellbeing of
all residents
