Great service

Really great service from reporting the breakdown, to ongoing checks on my well being whilst waiting by the call centre. The recovery/ collection was on time and the driver friendly and efficient. I've used Dynamo for a few years and had multiple breakdowns and the service has been great each time

Fantastic experience with Dynamo cover

Fantastic experience with Dynamo cover. I'm in the my second year with them and had two call outs. Very good customer service on the phone, speedy recovery times and good communication in between and after the incident. Will happily renew again next year!

Great Team at Social Housing Group

Having spoke with Jack and followed him on social media for a while, I decided put a bit of money aside from my investment plans to invest with Social Housing Group. I was in the middle of other opportunities but given the great experience I have had, I've changed direction and now have a number of investments with them! Jacks down to earth, straight talking and efficient communication has really helped me feel at ease as a first time investor. As a first time investor, I was quite nervous and asked a million and one questions, but these nerves have really been put at ease as nothing was too much trouble for Jack and his team. My monthly repayments are paid on time and I fully expect to be back for more investments once the funds have been built back up.

What better way to improve your own cash flow with great returns and in the process, help those in need! Big thanks to Jack and his team!

Poor service, no refund issued, poor communication, no contact number

How ironic I've received an email asking to provide a review when they have not refunded my money. Wrong item was sent to me, I sent it back with the driver. There is no contact number to call them so I sent an email for someone to discuss with me by phone leaving my number. I didn't hear anything so sent another saying I'd like a refund as I require a new item quickly so purchased from another retailer. I got a response by email, despite asking for a phone call, apologising and asking what I want to do next! I replied stating I've already said I want a refund. A week has passed and still no response and this company has not refunded my money despite another follow up email. Very poor.
