Annoying

No one there, no one to help figure out if you want to join or not, just a faceless machine for entry.

Once joined the security doors for entry remain annoyingly slow to enter, and the app doesn’t help with a “warming up” wait message whenever you try to access your card.

Gym is a weird layout, lots of different areas in different floors, hard to get from one machine to the next in a normal way.

We apologise for any disappointment caused. As shown by the Royal Mail tracking for your order, this was received at their London mail centre on the 10th of July. Sadly when you reported this order as missing we then followed up on this for you and found that the parcel had been lost in the post. We then responded to your message to confirm we had refunded your order in full.

So much money wasted

Paying for delivery and paying again for returns for a shoe that is way too small despite being the “right” size
