Avoid this company at all costs.
The service is absolutely horrendous. Their compliance team is incompetent — they even demanded an invoice when I was simply sending funds to my family 🤦‍♀️

They held my money for over 72 hours, repeatedly asking for different pieces of information each time. After dragging things out, they canceled the transfer and told me to start over. The second attempt ended up exactly the same. The status is “Ready to pick up” but they don’t let you get the funds 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️, really misleading.

Because of their delays and lack of coordination, we lost a significant amount of money and endured a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

Customer support is useless — they just copy and paste generic replies instead of actually helping.

Do not trust this company with your money.

For most transfers within the limit, no additional verification is required, however, in accordance with Terms and Conditions 5.14, 10.8 and 10.9 - additional information may be requested, when processing some transfers for the security of your funds in the system or to send new transfers.

It is in the interest of the Service to collect as little data as possible and to allow you to make the transfer as easily as possible so that we can process the maximum number of transfers. However, KoronaPay, as a financial organisation, is obliged to comply with numerous legal and regulatory requirements.

Terrible service

Terrible service! Would never recommend this company to anyone.
After sending the funds I've uploaded my ID which was accepted.
After a couple of days my receiver had to take time off work, to travel to their location (not the nearest one) to be told that there is a problem.
After calling the office, they explained that the ID was not clear enough which is a complete nonsense as it was shown green and it was accepted.
Even if they had a problem with it they should have contacted me and make me aware of this problem.
Having all my contact details no one was ever bothered to let me know.
All they offered is a refund. Very poor customer services, no one seems to care.
