The service is absolutely horrendous. Their compliance team is incompetent — they even demanded an invoice when I was simply sending funds to my family 🤦♀️
They held my money for over 72 hours, repeatedly asking for different pieces of information each time. After dragging things out, they canceled the transfer and told me to start over. The second attempt ended up exactly the same. The status is “Ready to pick up” but they don’t let you get the funds 🤷♀️🤷♀️, really misleading.
Because of their delays and lack of coordination, we lost a significant amount of money and endured a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
Customer support is useless — they just copy and paste generic replies instead of actually helping.
Do not trust this company with your money.
