This is the second time we have leased a car from Select. Lewis Cowell was very efficient and friendly again, getting the car and colour we chose. Had a bit of difficulty verifying myself with the finance company through their portal as I still have the old paper type licence. Called Selector, Charlie in the finance dept was excellent and dealt with it immediately as we were going away on holiday 4 hours later. Response and feedback from Select, is first class, very refreshing these days. Car delivered on time, no issues

Good products, competitive pricing, well packaged and delivered as required. Called me to arrange a delivery date of my choice, Scudo shower is very good, easy to install.

Excellent product, communication and swift delivery. used a number of dry ridge systems, Ironclad is by far the best.

Great service with fast delivery. Unfortunately the package had an item missing, but my e-mail was answered immediately and the issue quickly resolved with the missing item being expressed out.

We joined BG in October 24 and signed up to an agreed fixed tariff that being Oct25 V4. After 8 phone calls we eventually got the on line account working, this was due to the system getting myself and my father mixed up as I dealt with his account on the same email address. Anyway, that sorted, the tariff showing was not what we had signed up to in that the standing charges were incorrect. The only reason I moved to them in the first place and now they were more expensive than our previous supplier (Octopus) another 9 phone calls over a period of nearly 7 weeks and it is still not resolved.

All the advisors are very pleasant and generally you get through quickly, however that is no consolation if the problem does not get resolved.

Totally unacceptable service.

27-1-25 thank you for the reply, having trouble messaging on Facebook, cannot send a message! please provide an email contact, it would apprear looking on at the posts on m.me/ the fact that nothing gets resolved seems to be normal for British Gas. I only want what I signed up for, why am I having so much difficulty in getting it? I do not use Twitter/X and dont intend signing up to message yourselves.

Good staff very helpful. Drawer runners not as good as they used to be, seem to be cheaper now, basic drawer runner on wheels with separate soft close mechanism

Fitter was excellent. Very knowledgable of the area and quickly identified the problem. Explained the options, respected our property and was generally a good chap. I felt it was a bit pricey, but work carried out was excellent.

Really easy to input details and join, documents sent immediately afterwards. This all relates to becoming a member, proof will be how they perform when called out, which hopefully I will not need
