the refund customer service only replied me once after assking me what's the reason I want a refund. I explained that I didn't want to subscribe neither access to use any courses. then I never get any response no matter how many times I tried to contact them in any way I can find. it's $150+ and when I google I found similar review. Please be careful.

Love the lavendar shower gel I ordered. Everyday I enjoy so much the shower time thanks to the product. It smells sooooo nice!
It's very nice Osma sent other flavour samples for me to try. I definitely want to try all other products but I can't buy so many at one time. Sample is very nice idea. It will be nice if they ask me what is my skin and hair type so they can send mt the sample fits me.

I wish there can be shipping exampt if ordering more than certain amount.
overall the shopping experience is very nice.
