Shocking service avoid using them
Ordered flowers for Valentine's to be delivered on 13th Feb , and guess what they didn't arrive; which was no surprise as delivery was to be made by Evri
Contacted customer services today ,as you can only email them and sent them all screenshots of evri delivery times and also details of unable to deliver flowers
Customer service department informed me that you only have a 95% charge of them being delivered on the day you ask , and will be delivered next working day, and guess what that's 4 days from yesterday,I asked for a full refund and a a manager to call me, which I'm in my right to ask,they don't want to take responsibility of this as they contracted Evri , which have such bad service at present as been in the news
So I would think twice about using this company, as there delivery and customer service department are totally shocking
And I expect there find a clause not to refund the monies which was £46.00 , just scammers

When placing your order online, you are given the option of Standard Delivery, which advises that 95% of orders are delivered on the selected date, or Premium Delivery, which has a guaranteed delivery date as below:-
Please allow 24 hours after the intended delivery date for delivery to be made. Due to the above, we are not able to refund orders on the grounds of late deliveries. If your order was still not delivered during this time, you would be entitled to a full refund or a resend, no questions asked, as stated on our terms and conditions.
When it states on Evri Tracking system that it will be delivered next working day which is over 64hrs as it was due to be delivered Friday what a joke. Customer services can't even understand there own delivery schedule when I sent them screenshots of all information from Evri
