Shocking service avoid using them

Ordered flowers for Valentine's to be delivered on 13th Feb , and guess what they didn't arrive; which was no surprise as delivery was to be made by Evri
Contacted customer services today ,as you can only email them and sent them all screenshots of evri delivery times and also details of unable to deliver flowers
Customer service department informed me that you only have a 95% charge of them being delivered on the day you ask , and will be delivered next working day, and guess what that's 4 days from yesterday,I asked for a full refund and a a manager to call me, which I'm in my right to ask,they don't want to take responsibility of this as they contracted Evri , which have such bad service at present as been in the news

So I would think twice about using this company, as there delivery and customer service department are totally shocking
And I expect there find a clause not to refund the monies which was £46.00 , just scammers

When placing your order online, you are given the option of Standard Delivery, which advises that 95% of orders are delivered on the selected date, or Premium Delivery, which has a guaranteed delivery date as below:-

Please allow 24 hours after the intended delivery date for delivery to be made. Due to the above, we are not able to refund orders on the grounds of late deliveries. If your order was still not delivered during this time, you would be entitled to a full refund or a resend, no questions asked, as stated on our terms and conditions.

When it states on Evri Tracking system that it will be delivered next working day which is over 64hrs as it was due to be delivered Friday what a joke. Customer services can't even understand there own delivery schedule when I sent them screenshots of all information from Evri

Absolute joke

Absolute joke , placed order, took money, and then you here nothing from them,no emails confirming the process or how the order is doing or when its getting delivered, either shocking customer service or there scammers wish I had stuck with glasses direct, least I knew that my order was being processed with them and when be delivered
I would be very weary using this company as I have had a bad experience

Absolutely shocking service and company…

Absolutely shocking service and company to deal with ordered and item from them 14 days ago still not arrived, keep chasing them and all I get from them is a tracking number,they are completely shocking and maybe scammers, tracking system hasn't changed for days, there customers relationships skills and service is 0,all you get is thank you for your patience,here is your tracking number
I would recommend anyone thinking of using them to think twice , I I believe you will never get your goods as I haven't as of yet , and I'm not holding my breath that they will arrive

Absolutely shocking scammers

Absolutely shocking scammers, and still have a website, this should be removed and site should be closed down, even have the foul to have a email for customer services,that says will reply within 1-2 days and they don't even reply, give you false tracking numbers
So avoid being scammed by these muggers

Absolutely shocking service and company…

Absolutely shocking service and company to deal with, I would suggest to stay well clear of purchasing anything from them , they take your money and do not deliver the goods , scammers , I've been waiting other a month for my orders , and emailed on numerous occasions and they haven't even got the common decency to respond to emails
That's what sort of company they are and even to this day still haven't got my goods or even an explanation

Still to this day

Still to this day, after correspondence from them as below , asking me to contact them which I have , they still not even had the decency to contact me back, after I was asked to contact them, this is an absolute joke, and no customer service at all from this company, no apology, just take your money, and mug you off,would suggest that people look else where to buy flowers as couriers don't deliver to your door, and customer services haven't even got the common decency to deal with the mater, they just take your money 💰!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from…

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company, had arranged for flowers to be delivered on Thursday for valentine's, received an email to confirm that they were delivered, got home from work asked my partner where are your flowers, she said I haven't received any, so I went on chat and spoke with someone one customer services , they said they have been delivered, sent me a picture, which was not my front door to my property, and after a long discussion,I asked to speak with a manager, she said you would have to end chat for a manager to contact you, and I wouldn't , so she just ended chat,and still to this day I have had to response back from this company, and emailed them on numerous occasions and no reply, I even asked what was going to happen with my flowers for my partner,they just ignored it,
So I would totally recommend to stay away from using this company as they take no responsibility for lost items or even customers care, they are an absolutely disgrace from customers service to management level,

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, good where due to arrive on Tuesday, and had taken two days of work, now had to take 3 and parcel still in there warehouse at Stockbridge, contacted them today or chat at was informed that they couldn't get hold of anyone at the depot, so they emailed them, have chased all day, spoke with them at 9.25am and now it 14.25 and apparently nobody has either read the email or can't be bothered to respond, I have read reviews on here and some are shocking, so I messaged my supplier and said that they should read the reviews as it's not doing there business any favours, this is more like a kinder garden courier service, and my supplier is on eBay
So if anyone purchasing anything on eBay and this is the delivery company, you might not get it on time and you might not even get it at all, as I haven't YET

Valentine's

Brought flowers through Amazon, red roses for Valantines day, for my Partner,have not even lasted 4Days, my partner just committed that they haven't lasted long not impressed with them and there website states that they last at least five days, maybe they would if there was plant food included, absolute shambles for flowers, I normally buy from Serenata Flowers , and they are very good , but on this occasion I thought I'll get them Through Amazon, I wish I hadn't now

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, had email to confirm that courier was collecting my goods from Newcastle,then 30 mins later received an email to say they couldn't collect the item, so I contacted my supplier and they informed me that goods were waiting for collection and no courier had attended, so I contacted parcel2go via chat as you can't contact them on phone and got absolutely no were, so I arranged for the item then to be collected on the Thursday as the supplier is closed on a Wednesday and the prats for this courier company went to collect on the Wednesday, and it was booked for Thursday, they are a complete shambles , and I was informed from parcel2go that they can't guarantee collections, so I would suggest to anyone out there not to use these and pay a little bit more and use a respectable company that can offer the service as stated on there website, as Parcel2go DO NOT!!!!!
Another day goes by and they were due to collect today , and guess what they didn't turn up, as my supplier informed me, this company is a complete and utter F....ING joke, they take your money and don't over a service, and to top it up I had a email from customer service today to say that it was getting collected, and for any reason it doesn't get collected, we shall get parcel force to collect it, have emailed them but no response, so anyone looking to send items avoid this company totally, as they are totally shocking and so unreliable, will keep this update daily with what happens next
