Sara at Smile Stylist Dentist was honestly amazing today. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, and really put me at ease when I needed support. She went out of her way to help me and made the whole experience so much less stressful. Such a credit to the practice thank you Sara 💛

Jay’s yoga class is fantastic

Jay’s yoga class is fantastic! His instructions are clear, his energy is calming, and he creates a welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Jay makes sure everyone feels comfortable and challenged. I always leave feeling refreshed, stretched, and centered. Highly recommend!
