Clothes didnt arrive on time, took 4 weeks to arrive and were way too small, advertised as 16-18 but are more in line with a 12. Trousers too short, more 3/4 length than full length. Disappointing

Purchased Weighted blankets for my daughters. Found the ones i wanted on Debenhams which were half the price found on another site for exact same blanket. Saved money and delivered promptly

My daughter and 3 friends aged 19 travelled back from their holiday at the weekend and the flight diverted to Abu Dhabi for emergency landing toilets / fuel. The plane was not fixed and the flight then cancelled to Birmingham.

They were poorly informed throughout, very nearly were not given a hotel room for the night and were the last to eventually be offered a room and from 8am the next day to 8pm they did not know what was happening. They were the first to queue for check in for 2 hours and were the last group to be given seats due to constantly being told there names were not on the system and to step aside. Their luggage was still on the plane from the diverted flight yet were told they were not on system. As parents we were calling the help desk all day to be told there was nothing they could do and not to worry.

They watched everyone else being given new boarding cards and no one else appeared to have the issue they did.

They had to watch everyone board and were left sat still not sure whether they would be on the flight.

The plane was due to take off in 8 minutes and they were eventually let on the flight. They were very worried, tired, ill informed and as parents feel they were treated unfairly and differently possibly due to their age and lack of travel experience.

They landed 32 hours after the time they should have landed which impacted on their return to work and sadly ruined the end of what was a fab holiday. Air India have said no compensation is due.

I would not recommend this airline following this so sometimes its best to pay that bit extra and fly with a different airline

Saw Corteo last night as a birthday surprise as ive always wanted to watch one of these shows. Absolutely incredible, such talented acrobats, such strength, grace and beauty throughout and even humour ! Fantastic ! Would really recommend going to see a show if you can. Please go and see and you wont regret it !

Both daughters had their prom dresses from Stacees. Both dresses were beautiful, really good prices and no one else at their prom had the same dress so was perfect.

Ordered an item in june, said up to 6 weeks delivery. Item still not delivered despite being told end of july this would be chased up. I have since sent 2 further emails requesting a refund and ive heard nothing. Very very disappointed !
