Sizes came up very small, paid returns where similar companies do free longer returns

Used Trip.com to book my flights I searched through sky scanner.

My flight was delayed and resulted in me missing my connecting flight.

Their employees were uninformed and unhelpful. They need more training and to be more aware of company policy and procedure.

They did not provide the assistance required and added to the stress of the situation.

Their cover is poor and do not fulfil the duties of a holiday booking provider.

I will not be booking with them again.
