Don’t bother if you have anxiety

Booked for an induction to the gym as I have pretty severe anxiety with these things, turned up 10 minutes before the allotted time and waited outside the pods like the email instructed me saying there would be someone there to greet me earlier than the allotted time, waited for 20 minutes for no one to appear, staff weren’t useful in the slightest and ignored me, just don’t bother if you have any anxiety

Ordered a handbag for my mothers…

Ordered a handbag for my mothers birthday, website states dispatched within 24 hours, 4-8 working days delivery, ordered it 3 weeks before my mothers birthday, tracking hasn’t updated since 1 day after my order, tried to message company about this to just be told I have to wait 30 days…. Not a single thing on their website states delivery can take up to 30 days, not a single useful response from them whatsoever, refused to even acknowledge that they missold me delivery, and refuse to even check what the **** is going on with my parcel, almost at the 30 day mark and DHL now say my tracking doesn’t exist, total scam company please don’t believe the good reviews on here as they’re clearly a bot producing them, the worst service I’ve ever received in my life, and now I’m doubtful I’m even gonna be able to get the bag for my mum or even a refund/compensation at all
