About to cancel my membership because spinning in this heat is dangerous
The lifts are constantly breaking, this time they've been down for over four months with no sign of being fixed, which means walking up 7+ flights of stairs. The air con is never on, even in the spin studio which is floor to ceiling glass on two sides and is an absolutely sweatbox after a sunny day. I've had to stop going to spin classes on hot days because it feels dangerous. The instructor shouldn't have to start a class by giving instructions on what to do if you overheat.
PureGym should give those of us still paying for membership a discount while these issues are fixed because this is a seriously subpar experience compared to what was sold when I signed up.
