Overall very good.
Great location and property was well equipped, did want for anything. Bed was very comfy and had three good nights sleep.

I started saving £25 per month
I started saving £25 per month. But when I came to withdraw they had been taking £10 a month from my payment. They said I had signed up to a 50 point promise, of which I have no knowledge. Asked for a refund with no joy.

The 50 Points Promise means that if your score does not increase by 50 points or more, we'll add 5% equivalent interest to your LOQBOX funds to you. All you need to do to claim this is to get in touch with some screenshots from your credit report.
With the 50 Points Promise, you also get the premium unlocking feature which enables you to send your funds to your exisitng account for free, rather than paying £30 for this.
If you don't use a 50 Points Promise, you can redeem your LOQBOX funds for free to a new bank account opened as part of your LOQBOX.
