Absolute rip off
Guys were fantastic and very prompt but over £1,000 to clear my drains. There for 5 hours so works out at over £200 an hour

Can’t fault the engineers in attendance but the price was ridiculous. Almost £1,000 to clear my drain. It took them almost 5 hours and they were very thorough but way too expensive.

I don’t write reviews on companies but I have no choice this time.
I’ve had nothing but problems and unhelpful service. This company are way out of their depth.
I had the Arneg Osuka 1875 fitted in April last year and it has consistently broke down since. I’ve had the engineers out over 15 times to fix it. Each time loosing a fully stocked fridge. Over £5,000 in lost goods so far.
When I asked them to remove it and give me a refund they flat out refused.
When it was initially installed the condenser was fitted along side the condenser for my air conditioning which meant my air conditioning condenser pumped very hot air into my fridge condenser. This is a problem I’m sure they would’ve been aware of but obviously not. The engineers have never seemed to understand the problem. They finally changed the positioning of the condenser. Since then everything has gone wrong.
I’m currently in the process of arguing over a refund but I’m sure I’ll get nowhere.
Very disappointed but the whole experience.
