Review of In The Book
Initially our order was wrong and the team said they were unable to get a new book to us until after the date we needed it for. However after conversation, the book arrived earlier than anticipated, all correct. Very prompt response from the team who worked quickly to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much, this particular gift meant the world to us.
