Hi, I see you have contacted us already but after this was posted. As stated, during December, sending items abroad and getting through customs can take some time. I did offer a replacement if you hadn't had anything by the 20th and have heard nothing back. If you have had the item delivered, please let me know.
Review of Filamentoutlet
The winding of the spools look good. Diameter seems fine. Didn't print with it yet.
No labels on the spools. Could be a problem if different materials are ordered.
I ordered one spool of ASA and one spool TPU. Both are unlabeled. I have pictures ready of both sides.
Why should I lye?

On orders with different materials we do label the spools :)
