I have had a terrible experience with…

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ran into some financial difficulty as I lost my job and asked them 3 times to set up a payment plan of £100 a month as I couldn't afford the full automatic payments. Twice now they have took automatic payments from me after I've asked them to set me up a payment plan. I now can't pay my rent. I will now need to put a 2nd complaint in and they haven't resolved my 1st. Dont use as won't help when struggling.
