There are not enough group classes

There are not enough group classes. The good trainers become PTs. Not everyone needs a PT. Of course it is better for the trainer financially but not a client like me who enjoys the group classes. Your trainer incentive needs to accommodate classes better. PS: When the gym opened, there were a lot of classes and it was excellent. Not so much now. I feel conned. Im very close to cancelling my membership. Im giving you guys another quarter to turn it around.

Too easy!

Amazing service and brilliant results. Sales team kept me informed every step of the way. No more mowing or pets walking mud into the house in winter. I feel like we have gained another room to our house. I highly recommend Easigrass.

Resale Service Failure

I wasn’t able to make the gig due to illness on the day and I tried to repost the tickets back out for resale via the TM service. This service was unavailable throughout the entire day. The tickets ended up going to waste and that’s just as disappointing as missing the gig as another punter could have enjoyed the experience.

Hi David,

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with our resale platform.

Resale is turned off 5 working days before the event and any remaining listings after this time are removed 3 working days before the event, this is because we have to send final numbers to the venue and for some ticket delivery methods, we can't guarantee they will be received if it is less than this time.

We’ll always provide the opportunity to transfer tickets whenever we can, but this option isn’t available for every event.

You can also transfer via the Apple Wallet if you use an Apple device. Please see our website instructions on how you can transfer your extra tickets from within the Apple wallet.
