This is a great company that actually deliver and have a really good customer service. I ordered a vapman click and a torch for cheaper than anywhere else ive seen online, and after a week the vapman had arrived but the torch hadnt as they were out of stock. So they sent me a nice gift and a replacement lighter that was even better! If you dont mind waiting around 1 week puff puff palace is definitely a great safe choice

Absolutely atrocious. I was told I’d receive my package on November 30th, or latest by December 6th, but I am yet to receive my package. On the 30th I was told there was a delay and I would be updated the next working day, however it took until the next Wednesday, December 7th for an update. The update said the same thing meaning Ir will take another week just for an update on my package whereabouts. Sports direct staff have been useless and still take a long time to respond, while asking me irrelevant questions. Horrendous service.
