I'm a 38 year old woman, and I have never been able to find a bra, that fits, doesn't give me back fat and that makes your breasts stay in place and also comfort. The straps are wide so they down dig into your shoulders, it has 4 hooks at the back for extra width and the sides are so comfortable too. I order the spots bra as I do lots of exercise, and I think this might be the one. This has got to be hands down the best bra company that do lingerie. Would give 10 stars

Friendly staff, well equipped gym. Easy to find a good PT for your own personal goals.
Good classes time table with a lot of variety too. My favorite gym I've been to so far, it's been nearly 2 years of me being a member and I don't plan on changing gyms any time soon
