the made me oay resubscription again

Had to unsub due to personal reasons after going to this gym for 4 years and they made me pay a resubscription fee. Absolutely disgusting people

We are deeply sorry that our certificate did not meet your expectations. Alison is not a university nor do we offer degrees, only certificates & diplomas. We offer workplace skills & learning opportunities for those with no financial means to study at a university or a college. We acknowledge your suggestions & will review to improve our service.

it is purely a gym

Like the name says, it is purely a gym. No pool, no sauna nothing extra.
It is always very clean which I appreciate.
People mostly leave you alone except for the occasional PT approaching you which is not a bad thing. I wish my location was 24h open like other locations but it seems to be a council thing.

same thing as always

The aircon is still too cold, for some reason it is the most expensive location and it is NOT 24h, you removed the only dip and pull up free body wait assist (with no weights, the one that was close to the emergency exit) and after years of asking you still only have one full body mirror in the gents changing room which gives directly to the exit.
