Due to the Christmas period, our courier was operating on limited delivery days, which impacted express delivery timeframes. We’d also like to clarify that our same-day dispatch cut-off for approved orders is 3:30pm, and orders approved after this time are dispatched for express delivery which can be 1-2 days and is stated on our delivery terms.
