Amazing app but losing simplicity

Amazing app, I refer everyone I meet. But. The app lost a star because in recent times they are adding more and more and it’s bloating. No longer simple.

Some things require activating beforehand.

When you need a good enough bike

Good service, managed expectations well, delivery smooth. It's a shame I'm locked into 12 months for the £17.99 price. I'd prefer to know I could wriggle out if I need to.
