Pin wasn’t working to either access the…

Pin wasn’t working to either access the gym or leave the gym. When I wanted to leave I asked help to a Pt near the door and he came after 15 minutes.

If I could give less than a star I would

I booked a taxi early in the morning to make my journey from London to Stansted airport smooth and easy, but getting the train would have been better. The taxi was thirty minutes late and whenever I called the company to know where the driver was they told me it was 2/5 minutes away, although it kept not arriving. When it finally arrived we had to chase him for a bit because he drove past us (keep in mind it was 5.45 am so we were the only two people outside). The driver didn’t get off to put our bag in the boot or to take it out once we get to the airport (not that is extremely important but it adds up to the awful experience) and didn’t apologise for being very late. We got to the airport only an hour before our flight and had to rush all the way and ask people if we could skip the queue at the security checks to make it. Furthermore, I asked the company if they could give us some compensation for the issues caused and they replied they would talk to management about it, but no one ever got back to us, not even to apologise. My suggestion is save some money and get the train or use another cab company.
