Great mattress but no warning or arrangement of delivery
It was great and the matress arrived quickly but I had no warning as to when it was arriving and no email!! Luckily I was in when it arrived.

Easy to rejoin
Easy to rejoin , was a bit confused when I got two receipts both for the same amount but sent at different times so had to check I hadn’t been charged twice but i hadn’t! I love puregym for the fact that you can cancel and rejoin so easily.

A lovely environment at the gym
A lovely environment at the gym - very chilled in there always which is nice. I can always get to the equipment I need too. We did an intro to weights class with Alex and he was lovely - taught us quite a bit in the 30 minutes I think it was that it lasted. I love the bring a buddy thing - definitely makes me go more. The only thing missing is a pool but I understand why!!!
