Incredibly disappointing customer service

I've been a Tesla customer for 4 years already and loved the car, so want to lease a new one. The experience has been incredibly disappointing - I ordered the car in January for March delivery. They then offered me the car in early January, so (after an hour on hold) I got through to an advisor who told me I should reject the car and put the whole order on hold until mid-March so I'd get the car on time. I called back a week later because I felt nervous about this, only to be told now the car won't be available until May! I've now spent over a week trying to change the spec of the car on order so that I can get it by end of March, I've been told by multiple agents that the cars are in stock and someone will call me back to book in the delivery - I've spent over 8 hours on hold in total to speak to advisors on the phone because no one replies to the app messages and there are never agents available online, and I'm still no closer to getting a car delivery booked in. It's almost like they don't want to sell cars! If I wasn't so short on time now, I'd be looking at getting another brand of car instead. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere - it's a shame because I really like the car, but seems to be impossible to get one due to the lack of customer service...

Wouldn't Recommend

We've and interior design studio and have always used the Uxbridge branch for kitchens as it's our local. A couple of years ago we had a few quotes on the go with them but their designer Bam was taking weeks to make updates and there were so many errors in every design that we ended up having to let our builder order one of the kitchens through another branch (a loss of profit for us) and the other quotes we took to the High Wycombe branch who were much more helpful. Today we decided to contact Uxbridge again (as we like working locally) - Bam was incredibly rude to my designer (who has never worked with this branch before) and said we 'wasted her time' last time so she would never want to work with us again. I called and spoke to the manager Warren, who was equally rude. Business must be booming that they are happy to turn away customers, but frankly with customer service this bad, we're clearly better sticking to other branches. High Wycombe and Park Royal have fantastic customer service and understand that not every quote translates to an order (especially if it takes weeks to get to the correct quote and design)...

Fraudulent Company

We are still waiting for a refund on an incomplete order that we received many months ago. The supplier has come up with a ludicrous number of excuses not to refund us. They initially promised that if we cancelled the bank dispute we had started against them, they would immediately refund us. Once this was done, they claimed that the bank had not FULLY cancelled the dispute - despite written evidence from the bank proving otherwise. After three separate written confirmations from the bank, they are now claiming that the dispute (which was cancelled and didn't go ahead) was actually ruled in our favour and that they no longer have the funds to refund us, and that our bank must refund us! This is a complete lie, as the dispute was closed as the SUPPLIER'S request over a month ago! I fully expect we will never receive our money, this company is a complete SCAM. Do not order from them. Expect a reply to this review saying that customer services are dealing with it and everything I'm saying is not true.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered some lights which arrived without the proper fittings. After weeks of arguing with the supplier about this, and having had to re-order the same lights from another supplier in the meantime, we finally managed to hear back from customer services and returned the lights. The supplier has now had the lights back at their warehouse for many weeks and are still refusing to refund us, claiming that the bank dispute we started to try and get our money back is still in place, even though the bank has confirmed 3 times that it was cancelled as requested. Absolute scam of a company, do not order from them.

However, once a bank dispute is opened, the payment is held by the bank until the case is officially closed on their side. We have provided all the required proof to your bank several times, but until they confirm the dispute is resolved, we are unable to release the funds.

We kindly ask you to accept the resolution so your bank can unblock the payment and we can complete the refund immediately. Our goal is only to return your payment in full and close this matter.

Incomplete order, no reply from customer services so lost money...

Ordered a pair of nice branded lights from this website, they arrived without the ceiling roses even though the website says they should come as a complete kit, so we are unable to hang them. Customer services told us we need to order the rose ourselves, but after we said we want to return the product as it's incomplete (other websites sell them with the roses for the same price so we have ordered replacements) they have not replied to 5x emails. So I guess we have lost our money! 100% do not order from this company!

We are sorry for your experience. As explained by email, the lamp you order does not include the canopy (we even sent a screenshot from the supplier itself as a proof of our goodwill). Only the old versions (that suppliers maybe still have in stock) still included the canopy. But we only send the most recent variant of the lamp updated in April 2025.

We are sorry if the information was not clear enough and we have offered to take the canopy in charge for you.

As you refused our offer, we suggested that you returned the lamp but you insisted on receiving a refund. We can only refund if we receive the lamp back.

Rip off

The whole process was set up to weasel as much money out of me as possible. Someone knocked my wing mirror off in a hit and run in an incident I didn’t report or claim for as there was no CCTV footage available to prove I was not at fault and I just paid for it myself, so they added an extra £200 to my insurance quote for that right at the end as well. Total scam.

Not a real business

Just like many other disappointed reviewers here, I made the silly error of placing an order with Lux Deco back in October for an item with a supposed 5 week lead time. 2 months later they were still unable to confirm even an estimated date for the delivery of the item so I asked for a refund, and 3 months later I'm still waiting for my money back. It's not my first time falling for this trap - their website makes them look like a real business but the reality is they haven't fulfilled a single order I've tried to place in 2 years. It's baffling they are still even up and running at this point.

Never received our order and are still waiting to be refunded...

We ordered two Vibia lights back in February - unfortunately after waiting 6 weeks, we were sent 10 of a completely different light. The contractor on site signed for the package not knowing what it was, it has now taken us a month of chasing to arrange for the incorrect lights to be collected as we have been told we can't be issued a refund until the lights have been collected. They were collected 2 weeks ago, the company still claims they have not received them back and we are still waiting for our £1,800 refund, with no idea what happened to the lights we actually ordered. The customer service is really poor, we just keep getting told 'the lights haven't arrived back yet so we can't issue a refund', which is really poor considering it was their mistake to send us the wrong products in the first place! We have escalated this as a bank dispute and ordered the correct products from another company and don't expect we will ever use this supplier again.
