This time your procedures have changed which have greatly improved the whole experience. WELL DONE

I arrived on time for my appointment and was pleasently greeted and booked in.
The job was for two replacement tyres and tracking, not a big job you would think, it took one hour and ten minutes.
Once the job was completed the payment procedure was very smooth and i recived an an apology for the job taking a long time. This apology swayed me to give four stars insted of three.
The staff were pleasent and profesional at all times.

Firstly I would like to thank Alex Wheater for a detailed explanation of a change of window design which led me to think that i had got a duff product, although I still think that the change is inferior and will lead to problems down the line.
Moving on I am pleased with the quality, fit and finish of the product. As to the four stars not five it is due to the very poor responses to my emails --- like NONE.

Very competitive price and an excellent call handler.
