Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. The site false advertises an untrue $0 joining fee. The staff knows NOTHING about anything and had to keep referring to the site for basic answers, even management. I can’t join without a UK bank account. The prices are high with basic amenities. I had to purchase a day pass to which I do not get multi gym access or massage chairs capabilities. This gym is a joke.

For all monthly memberships we do require a UK bank account which accepts direct debit payments; this is to set up the ongoing collections.
Alternatively if you do not have a UK bank account you can go for a Day Pass (1/3/7/30 days) or a fixed term membership (3-12 months)
These can be purchased with either a debit or credit card.
All promotions are valid for a limited period of time and at the time of re-joining, the promotion may have finished. Thanks, PureGym
