Review of Omega Rental Cars
Car rental was very straightforward, and changes were not a problem. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and communication was good. The car had lots of scratches and a couple of chips in the windscreen, but these were documented and didn't affect us.
Review of No Birds
Very easy to deal with. The price was approximately half what some other companies were charging, however our vehicle was relatively new (~35k on the clock), in fairly good condition (just a couple of very minor dents), and the pickup and dropoff were very smooth.
Tolls were billed to our credit card with a $1 admin fee right out of the gate, which compared quite well to the other option: the hassle of setting up a Linkt pass and paying $0.75.
I purchased the damage/excess waiver which was affordable piece of mind.
All in all a great experience with NoBirds. Would definitely use them again.
