New E-Bike - amazing experience and service
Collected my new E-Bike (Cube Stereo) from On Yer Bike in Burnley on Sat 15th April and was just blown away by the attentive service and assistance I received.
Bike was prepared for me (fully charged and assembled) in my own 'handover area' alongside accessories I may need that matched the bike's livery, I was fitted to the bike and had all suspension settings set up bespoke to my ride style, weight etc.
Staff could not do enough for me and made the whole experience feel special. I have bought expensive cars that lacked the prestige and care that On Yer Bike put in to my handover.
