Great products and customer service

I own 2 Dyson animal canister vacs and a Dyson air purifier. I've been pleased overall with them except the roller heads seem to wear out but dyson replaces them without any hassle for free within the warranty period. The air purifier has no issues. They are the only vac that handles long dog fur without it clogging the head roller. Suction is excellent but not as good as I would had hoped for. Still it's far superior to other makes in that regard and build quality. Its why I own 2. Customer service is simply the best. No hassle, no hoops to jump thru etc to get a part or repair. They trust their customers 100%. They will send parts or pay to return it for repair. Even will send a box to ship it in. They are costly but a 5yr no hassle warranty makes Dyson good value.

They are 1st at the worst

doesn't get worst than BNI or by what they call themselves now which is Post Media. Pay their drivers peanuts and get unreliable drivers. I can't say I blame the drivers because this is an Irving owned company who have always been scoundrels in regards to employees and business practices

No customer support

Sadly I didn't read these negative review before buying a Blueair purifier. I messaged them a few times and have yet to get a reply as stated by other reviewers. They have virtually no customer support and no contact number. The store I bought it from backs the warranty for 1yr...refund or exchange so if there is a problem I'm covered. Buying directly from Blueair would be a mistake. Product works great so far so no complaints in that regard.

no after sale warranty support

no after sale warranty support. Sent them the sales receipt online dealer supplied. Stated the problem clearly then they reply with more requests, serial and model # which was already provide. I soon realized they are playing the endurance game and round around jump thru hoops to wear people down which they succeeded to do with me. I just bought new foil and cutters and said I'm done with Babyliss. Dealer was willing to work with me to get babyliss to warranty it but even that is a hassle though no fault of the dealers. I will use the shaver until it can be used no more and buy another brand. My barber afterwards said the same. He owns babyliss products but won't use them in the shop. Quality issues compared to the top makes. I'm in Canada so Conair Canada handles Babyliss warranties etc. Will also not buy any Conair products
