Great experience but one poor experience with staff. Other than that, great.

Didn't turn up for EICR testing as personal reasons. No thought to let me know. Cancelled and requested refund. Numerous calls and now not picking up!! DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Total scam!!
