Outstanding service
contacted UK spares this morning in the hope of a spare part for a rather elderly Baby Belling stove. Charlie answered my call. From the outset I was extremely impressed with the manner in which he addressed my enquiry.
He was attentive to my needs, friendly and professional and assured me that he would do his very best to locate the part I requested.
Within an hour he emailed with details of the very part and a quote for it.
In short, my ‘customer experience’ was excellent!

Dani was extremely helpful and efficient in creating dog tags for me. He showed me the range of alternatives and produced the ones I chose efficiently and they were exactly what we agreed. He was friendly and professional.
