We recently adopted a large dog who was suffering and shutting down from this excellent rescue. We have nothing but praise for their whole team calling out Julie and Siobhan in particular as they are who we dealt through. Everything was so well organised from the initial and thorough home check through to comprehensive information about the rescue, their partners and of course our dog. Transportation went very smoothly with regular updates and support. We are experienced dog owners with many of them having been rescues so we were already well prepared but this was augmented by fantastic ongoing support which was welcome but I can only imagine how encouraging and heartening this would be to newby adopters!
The passion and obvious hard work Julie and the team put in is remarkable, I do t know how they do it but it seems a common trait to good rescue organisations and I know a few!
I cannot recommend Save a Kill Shelter Dog rescue highly enough,… keep up the great work guys!

Quick, easy and informative

I had booked tickets for ABBA Voyage with a hotel package as a birthday present for my wife before Christmas. 4 days before the event, my mother in law who lives with us fell ill and wouldn’t be able to be left alone. Whilst I had taken out ‘missed event’ insurance, it wouldn’t have paid out as we didn’t have medical proof and it wouldn’t have covered the hotel. I explored transferring to a relative but they didn’t need the hotel and I didn’t want to risk trying to re-sell the whole package. I called Soundtravel to see what could be done,…Louise and her colleagues swung into action to arrange for the hotel to be re-booked for a later date, not something normally possible. As if that wasn’t enough, we then found someone to look after mum in law but the rooms had been cancelled! Enter Louise and colleagues once more who managed to recover the rooms, happy days.
Outstanding customer service which is sadly a rarity these days,…can’t recommend Soundtravel enough!

I recently bought a shower from Plumbworld but chose the wrong type. I called to see if I could return the unit and get advice for a suitable replacement. I was sent details of options and told I could return the original wrongly ordered unit with the courier delivering the replacement, perfect solution! Exemplary service from two departments linking together,… so friendly, helpful and professional. Will be placing orders with Plumbworld for our upcoming new bathroom project. Can’t recommend them enough! They also have an excellent video on the website that explains the differences, pros and cons of all the different types of showers.
