HI Alexander, thank you, good to see you find our team positive and supportive - that is our aim! We do have 121 mentoring - but as a separate programme - and we only have a few spaces available at any one time. I am sorry we didn't tell you about it, when you join the Academy. Our thinking is that you get a very strong and deep knowledge from the academy which does have group coaching calls and also the super community where Susannah answers questions too, and then should you want more in depth 121, if there is availability, then once you have bedded in the deep knowledge the 121 would be more useful to you at that point. But I will take this thought on - that we could (if available) let you know about this programme as an option from the get go.
