Shockingly BAD

Shockingly BAD! Bought trousers in Antwerp on holiday €80 returned them next day no refund. I have messaged so many times still no refund they’ve effectively stolen €80 and don’t give a toss. Keep telling me to go back to the store despite having an electronic receipt, they don’t seem to be able to understand despite me repeating myself that I don’t bloody live there. Shocking attitude think all Zara staff hate working there

Really didn’t benefit from these people…

Really didn’t benefit from these people at all - it shows as lok box on the credit reference file
So everyone knows exactly who they are plus didn’t increase my score at all, my hard work did that, really struggled to close my account because they insist on taking a further months payment before you can close which was really annoying as I didn’t want to use their services but had no choice otherwise they report a missed payment to credit reference agencies.

To clarify, you can certainly cancel your Loqbox features at any time! If you have an outstanding balance in Grow, this would need to be settled to allow the full closure and stop further payments.

Regarding missed payments, just like we report on-time payments to credit reference agencies to boost your credit score, we're obligated to report any missed payments if they aren't made on time, potentially impacting your credit report negatively. To prevent this from happening, if we are unable to collect a payment for any reason, we will send an email so that you would be able to log in and make the payment as soon as you can.

We understand how important building and maintaining a good credit score is to you. Making your Loqbox payments on time plays a crucial role in this process. Missing a payment can harm your credit score, as timely payments are a key factor in building your credit score.

Not impressed with these people

Not impressed with these people. Booked online gave a list of all goods that needed moving paid for premier service as needed furniture dismantling then told after booking that I didn’t need to book premier service could have just paid £30 per item which would have been a lot cheaper but they refused to refund me. Then charged me an extra £100 for some black bags and an extra item of furniture - when the two men arrived they didn’t have this list and took whatever I pointed at. Couldn’t fault the removal men but felt like this company were just in it to take as much money from me as possible. Not transparent or trustworthy and wouldn’t recommend as don’t trust them.

We are incredibly sorry that you have been left unhappy with the service provided by our team.

Upon review, we understand that you made your booking online and opted for the premium package which included the additional dismantling and reassembly of any items required.

Sadly, as you requested to amend the booking to a standard package within 24 hours of the booking date, our team would have been unable to amend the booking and downgrade the service due to the booking having been finalised and the potential of losing your driver due to this.

We can only apologise however, we are unable to make bigger changes such as this within 48 hours of the booking date and any amendments such as this would need to be made outside of 48 hours before the move date.

Please accept our apologies however for any inconvenience this has caused you.
