Beginning 09/07 to 09/12 2025 I have made numerous attempts to contact King Connect requesting technical assistance without success. My calls have been answered by a voice informing me to leave a message and someone will contact me. That has not happened. I left emails submitted from there website and still have not been contacted.
King products should NOT be sold through Amazon nor Camping World if this is how it ignores it's customers.

Shipped 2 boxes of frozen salmon from Soldotna, AK. on a Monday and was told they would arrive at their destination by Wednesday. That did not happen and when the once frozen salmon did arrive it was completely thawed. The exterior cardboard box was crushed as was the interior insulated box
Fedex did not met the promised arrival date (for which I was charged over $300.00) and succeeded in destroying the shipping box but accepted no responsibility.
Their "customer service" is based in a foreign country, their website is difficult to navigate and it is nearly impossible to speak to someone whose first language is English.
