Rep was very helpful and sugestive of ideas that I had not considered. I was going to change company but now have decided to stay as I feel that my insurance quote is fully customise to my exact needs

The VPN works fine, is easy to use and has plenty of sites. But sometimes web pages do not load and I have to cancel the VPN to view them, otherwise would give it 5 stars
