He assisted me guided me through it all.

Haven’t received my items.
Contacted the bank for a refund,
The number doesn’t work and no one has responded to any emails.
They take your money and you don’t get your items, AVOID!

I love how they’ve mixed the classes up abit, doing different things more enjoyable also!
not only that now it’s winter it’s a lot colder and darker in the mornings. So I love how the classes have changed to a little bit later in the morning due to the time of year, a lot more people joining the classes too so it’s nice to work with more people.
although I did enjoy the original classes the change isn’t forever, it’s nice how they change to adapt to the seasons.

I joined upto énergie fitness after being referred by a friend,
I then met Louise who works at énergie fitness and signed up to do her personal training sessions.
It’s not been 3 weeks since I joined and started my PT sessions with Louise and I’m so very proud to say it’s changed my life for the better, from not eating sugar at all, loosing weight, upping my weights to 3x the amount to when I first started and feeling so much cleaner in myself.
My mental health is so much better and my lifestyle is so much healthier!

She also gives tips on little things and I’ve had so many compliments about how good my skin looks.
