I wrote a review last September 2023, they replied saying they would give a refund. I never did get that refund.

After my first trustpilot review about my nixon watches not arriving, as they were seized by Australian border force bacause they were fake and not authorised to sell them. They replied with a comment saying I would get a refund. I still haven't got a refund. After several emails all I got offered was to choose a replacement watch off their website to replace the 3x Nixon watches I ordered and didn't recieve. Haven't had a reply to my last email from 5/12/23 asking for a refund. Not happy. I suggest buying watches from other places.

Never received my order which was sent 2/08/2023. Spent over $1000 on Nixon watches, plus $300 for custom clearance only to have Australian boarder force take watches for further investigation. I was told they were tested and confirmed to be fakes and Watches of Australia don't have a license to sell Nixon watches in Australia anyway. I've sent an email on 25/08/2023 asking for a refund or my watches and still no reply 6/09/2023. I noticed the website had an adress in Australia and New Zealand back when first ordered. Google maps showed these as what appears to be random residential addresses, not businesses. Now it has changed to one different New Zealand residential adress. They ship from Dubai, so are definitely not in Australia. Be very careful.
