The care received was excellent from the moment of stepping inside the taxi to stepping back out of at airport. I had complications and these were dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Fatma Kaya, Hamza Akdag, Dogancan, and Mert Eken took you through every single step, from arriving to going with you to theatre. Dr Umet was excellent and even with complications such as gallstone and stomach polyps that required biopsy before surgery could go ahead, he was positive, reassuring and answered any questions I had. Could not praise this team any better. This is the people you want to see you through your surgical experiences. The hospital was clean, the set up was efficient and the nurses were great. Attentive to your needs and happy to explain anything I needed.
