Selection and ordering was fine

Selection and ordering was fine, easy and straight forward, however when it came to delivery, a Morning booking turn into an Afternoon booking, then an Evening booking. On arrival the car was only semi valeted. 3 stars for the frustratingly chaotic delivery day.

After insuring our dog for many years…

After insuring our dog for many years with animal friends we sadly had to put our dog to sleep very suddenly. This is when you find out how poor the company truly is. After submitting our claim we finally got back just a fraction of the claim. What a joke! And excuse after excuse as to why. My advice, stay clear of them.

Every year, we use the information from all the claims we receive to review the prices being charged by vets. As vet fees often change, and vary between each veterinary practice across the UK, we need to regularly check the limits we place on some of the items most commonly claimed for to ensure our policies remain fair for all our customers, regardless of where they live.

You can find The Important Information on Vet Fee Claims Limits document, in your welcome or renewal pack, which explains the maximum amount we will pay for each of these items.

Jetparks Ringway Manchester

Jetparks Ringway Manchester, Bus service claim every 15mins, in truth every 40mins and this was at 1:30am. Buses always full as bus size cannot coupe with demand. Carpark surface is loose hardcore so wheeling several cases a challenge. On exit of site several cars stuck as ANPR would not work and intercom response slow. My advice pay a little extra and park on airport site.

Had to return some broken earbuds, happy to take a replacement but stoped selling them. 💀 gave me a voucher double what paid to shop for new earbuds. Service unrivalled.
