I bought a tub of Costa Chocolate powder for the first time at my usual supermarket. Very disappointed with the taste which was strange compared to similar chocolate brands. Even the cheap ones taste better. Will never buy again.

I bought my regular weekly shop including a Chilli Con Carne ready meal. When I went to cook it I found it was frozen al the way through. It took it 2 days to defrost. What on earth was going on?

This company is owned by Brand Street Market and I have found out that it now has a UK County Court Judgement against them.

My No! No! became faulty. Contacted them and after about 8 emails they agreed to replace it. I returned the faulty one at my expense. 12 more emails and 3 months later they still haven’t sent it. So they have the original money I paid for it but I don’t have the product. Surely a scam. They just don’t care.

I went in by myself and noticed a 4 seat table by the window in the sunshine. I asked if I could sit there but was told by a “Karen” that as I was alone I had to sit at a 2 seat table in the gloomy part. There was virtually no one else in the large seating area. Typical treatment of single women. Take it or leave it! I left it!

I bought for the first time a tube of Colgate Max White Ultimate. First of all it has a horrible blue colour that stains everything it touches including my toothbrush, towel and my teeth. It also tastes nasty - what flavour is it? After paying a lot of money for it I guess that I will have to throw it away. It’s back to Oral B for me. As an aside don’t put black text on a dark red background on the back of the tube - try Max White instead!

I have an ebike (not from Halfords) that has an issue that I thought they would help with. First I was ignored by an assistant who was busy talking with a colleague at the only till. I had to be brought to their attention by a customer at the till! Next he told me he didn’t know anything about bikes! After explaining the problem to an apparent lady manager I was told that they cannot help with any non-Halfords bikes. They are the only bike shop in Dorchester, Dorset. What a shower!

Absolutely the worst delivery company ever. Cannot deliver to any flat’s front door where I live. Leave parcels in insecure locations remote for elderly people to access. Can’t do next day deliveries. Useless.

Bought a cooler fan from them online. Found it was not suitable so arranged for a collection and refund with customer service.
Got no email or text from the courier and nobody turned up on the day. I phoned them twice during the day to be told that I would get an email before noon but nothing happened.
Sent an email to their CEO who didn’t have the decency to reply. Useless company. Sir James Dyson should hang his head in shame!

M&S Bank website/app is hopeless. When starting the app the following message appears:
"To sign in, you'll need to generate a unique security code
******
Select 'Generate a security code' at the bottom of the home screen and then select 'Internet Banking - Sign in code'."

To generate the security code you have to go to the app home page but you can't do that until you have signed in. Catch 22!! Oops!
The website is not working properly and their phone customer support is hopeless as they don't understand the problems.

Hopeless customer service. Wanted to replace my old non-Mira shower and needed advice on fitting but they didn’t understand the issue and didn’t know what they were doing.
