In terms of equipment, it's got just about everything you need, is serviceable and clean. Toilet and showering facilities could be cleaner, locker area is generally clean and tidy.
My main issue is the atmosphere. I feel as though gym users are quite guarded, particularly female gym users, I've noticed the poster campaign around the gym around harassment, so I assume there has been issues there. It doesn't feel like a community, or perhaps it's just not my type of training environment.
