Just been accepted for my IVA today,was totally embarrassed by the money situation I had got myself into,but after years off just paying the interest on credit cards and bank loans, overdrafts I finally realised I was getting nowhere so I plucked up the courage to message j3 believe me it wasn't easy and to be honest neither was the next 4 hours off phone calls but the people on the other end off the phone made me feel at ease,it has taken 3 weeks from my first phone call but if you are in a situation like me just ring them,GO FOR IT.

The positive: machines in good working order spaced out so plenty off room and plenty to choose from. Negative:air con terrible,no cold water free station,no cleaning down equipment,having to scan everything or use your pin.

The whole experience from ordering to delivery was perfect.
