No refund issue upon return

Order was received but the item was not as expected, so we returned it. However, we have received no confirmation that the return was received and no refund has been issued. I am extremely disappointed with this company — despite repeated attempts to follow up, we have had no response for months. £70 is a significant amount of money to lose, and this experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable! Seems like I'm not the only one with this experience from other reviewers!

Rude customer service, and very poor quality product.

Bought a mug for Father’s Day and found the customer service to be really rude — especially disappointing when this was a baby-related gift. There was no attentiveness at all. I left a Google review and received nothing but rudeness in response. I’ve tried calling to request a refund but had no reply. The design was also not accurate to what was discussed. Missing off 'Happy Father's Day' on the front.

The mug is covered in severe grazing and cracks after just one month, despite only ever being handwashed. For £19.50, I would expect far better quality — instead, it looks ready for the bin. This is particularly upsetting as it has my baby’s footprint on it, but the poor quality has completely spoiled it. As the other reviewer had noted, I seem to not be the only one to experience this and in my view, it is not acceptable quality by any normal standard.

Awful! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely dreadful company. I tried to return an item I ordered as it wasn’t as described, but received no response from them whatsoever, or refund. I’m now £70 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Please avoid at all costs if you value your time and money. Particularly concerning when they sell children’s items — the last thing you need is added stress and hassle.

Good products/company, terrible service they use for deliveries

Overall, great attentive company. I have a couple of sofas from them, and no faults to mention. 5/5. The only thing I'd say, is the company they use for deliveries is not great! Very impolite and unhelpful!

Website doesn't work! Tried ordering a mop 3x as it wasn't in store on separate occasions, once I get to payment, nothing works. It's incredibly infuriating!

Awful experience!

I had a truly awful experience at Ultrasound Direct Hereford. Elaine petrified me by saying my amniotic fluid levels were far too low (despite in the normal range) and that I needed a hospital referral. My mother-in-law tried to reassure me, but the sonographer insisted it was a huge issue. After the referral two days later, the scan was fine, with no problems found as fluid levels can fluctuate naturally. Two consultants and midwives were annoyed by these false alarms and the fear they cause mothers. The sonographer asked extremely personal questions about mucus and discharge in front of my family including my husband's elderly grandfather and showed no care or compassion despite seeing how upset and worried I was. I left the building and afterwards burst into tears, my dignity completely disregarded. Additionally, I couldn't access the scan photos, and wasn't given any physical copies and had to pay an extra £9.99 to view them digitally on top of the initial £90. Incredibly ridiculous. Avoid at all costs!

Pete's abs class in Hereford was a game-changer for me. With initially low confidence exploring a new gym, his motivation was exactly what I needed. The gym was clean, and everyone, from staff to members, exuded friendliness. Will definitely be back for more – simple and friendly, just the way fitness should be.
