Sam took the time to explain all that I…

Sam took the time to explain all that I needed clarification for, and he made me feel valued. He explained all possible opportunities for my level of need and the freedom to cancel of I wasn't sure. I was happy with that.

great experience

The time of the training was scaring at the start, but Debbie kept it interesting, giving us breaks at regular intervals. Her voice was audible and clear. very interactive.
