Cons: - Equipment isn't sufficient to exercise every part of your body - Even if you win gym competitions, free membership prizes are only advertised and not actually given - Gym is often unclean and equipment is often broken taking weeks/months to get fixed - New equipment is promised but never turns up or different equipment to what was advertised is available (eg; hack squat advertised - V squat actually in gym) - Constant leaking from ceiling (allegedly condensation) around majority of gym, getting dripped on when exercising

It’s a shame to hear you feel this way surrounding our prizes after you were able to claim one of our Myprotein bundles for our lifting competition. We strive to be transparent on social media and consistently deliver on our advertised promises. Regarding the equipment, The Primal Performance Series ISO Hack Squat, as advertised, is part of our equipment lineup aimed at providing a comprehensive workout experience. We've had really good feedback from a majority of our members that we are continuing to invest in the club, listening to feedback and increasing the variety of our equipment. Our protocol for equipment maintenance includes logging repair requests within 24 hours to ensure prompt resolution. While occasional delays from suppliers may occur, we make every effort to minimise any inconvenience to our members, and we're proud that all fixes have been completed in less than a month. Maintaining high club standards is a top priority for us, and we're committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our members. Our team conducts deep cleaning of the club at least once a day, with hourly gym sweeps to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld. Thank you for bringing up the issue with our roof. We promptly addressed the condensation issue once it was recognised and took appropriate measures to ensure the safety and comfort of our members. It's unfortunate to only now learn of your concerns after two years of membership, as we could have worked together to find a resolution or clarify any misunderstandings.
