Unacceptable Conditions at PureGym Feltham
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conditions at PureGym Feltham. For the past five months, the WiFi has not been functioning, which is unacceptable for a gym that prides itself on being a modern facility. Furthermore, the washrooms consistently smell terrible, creating an unpleasant environment for members.
Despite informing the management team about these issues, no action has been taken. This lack of attention to basic amenities and customer concerns is appalling. As a paying member, I expect a certain level of service and cleanliness, neither of which PureGym Feltham is currently providing.
I urge you to address these issues immediately to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your members.
