Scam scam scam
Over 9 months since completing my course and still no certificate. What a joke. Over £800 for a course and a promise of regular contact and support. What a laugh that was. But after studying and passing exams and never ending coursework, there is still no certificate and no explanation. Oh and the last review I left somewhere you needed more information about who I am to get the robust enquiry started. So , William Davies, 22/08/88. That will take you to the course a level 3 personal trainers course.
For anyone reading this review wondering whether or not to use learn direct. DONT. What a shambles. Put your money in to a better more reliable company. A few colleagues have since told me what a nightmare they have been for them too so it’s not just me. And they went bust not too long ago so it’s no wonder they snare and lure people in to get their money then disappear when it’s time to cough up the results.
Anyway, terrible company, avoid.
